Yay, I drew a thing!
Anyway, been playing this a lot. NPCs sure have no sense of self preservation. It’s a good thing the monsters are so polite.
Hey guys, I haven’t abandoned Tumblr. I’ve just been avoiding my computer, and I don’t like using Tumblr on my phone.
Anyway, These are some drawings from the last couple weeks. I went to California to visit a friend and the first drawing is one I did on a placemat at Umami burger. If you’ve seen similar drawings before, or you’re wondering why I subsequently drew myself in a similar position in the second to last drawing here, it’s because I’ve kind of been drawing this version of myself for the last seven years. It’s me, running away, because I’m a nervous wreck. And I’m small and pudgy because I’m small and pudgy.
I had a lot of delayed flights on my trip (four in all) so I drew myself fresh and excited before my very first flight, and exhausted while waiting for a connection home at the Oakland airport. In between is a drawing of my friend’s friends’ daughter Marley, and something she drew for me in my sketchbook. You can see her in this video, Return of the Junior Jedi. She’s a cool little kid.
The last two I drew at Stumptown last weekend. I was drawing people walking by because I got there like… three hours early.

This is a great theme for customizability, but for some reason won’t do photo sets.
I just finished this pattern yesterday. It repeats after two yards, because I intend to use them for curtains in my home. Anyway, fun fun. :)
They’ll be available at my Spoonflower store in a couple weeks, along with the damask and a few others.
So created this damask pattern for a thing I’m working on, and I’m having a lot of trouble narrowing it down to three choices. I’d be happy to know what you guys think. What are your favorite three?
